Everman, TX (December 8, 2020) — The first zero-emissions electric school buses in the state of Texas were recently received by Everman Independent School District. The three buses, manufactured by Blue Bird Corporation, started transporting students this school year.
Columbus, IN (October 20, 2020) — Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) has received a Blue Bird electric-powered school bus as part of a sustainability movement. BCSC was awarded funding from the Indiana Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust Fund that provided significant subsidies for the school bus along with the necessary charging infrastructure. Fort Payne, AL (August 10, 2020) — Fort Payne City Schools has added the state’s first all-electric school buses to its fleet.
